Guarantor Fees: £72.00 including VAT - This cost is Non-refundable if you fail your referencing or credit check or decide not to take the property.

Once your application is successful, we will notify you and ask for your security deposit. This is charged at 1.5 months' rent for working tenants, or 2 months' rent for students/unemployed tenants.
